ASSET AMF 4 CYLINDER AUTOMATIC FILLING MACHINE.

The Asset AMF is a simple high output machine designed to operate over a continuous running conveyor. It will handle a wide range of products from either floor tanks or overhead tanks. It is self priming and does not require any additional pump feed.

Fully adjustable for volume and container, it has a wide range of accessories available to enable it to fill from 50mL to 1 litre or larger using multiple shots. It features diving nozzles to minimise foaming and is equipped with a bottle gating system and bottle sensing switches.

The AMF is fully pneumatic and flameproof. All contact parts are in 316 stainless steel and Teflon, making it suitable for food or pharmaceutical products.
The unit strips for cleaning by hand, no tools required.
