Built by Asset Packaging in Australia this is a very versatile and compact bench model cap tightening machine for most types of screw caps,even push-on lids.
Will handle caps from 10mm to 100mm.
Fully adjustable for container size, torque and speed.
Fully pneumatic and flameproof.
Simple to operate. Capper is activated by the operator placing a container in the bottle locator.
A range of chucks is available to suit most caps and a trigger pack head can also be fitted.
The unit may be automated later if required.
The AC-1 uses SMC pneumatics and Desoutter Air Motor.
Conveyors and automatic cappers available to go with the AMF if required.
