AC1 SEMI-AUTOMATIC CAPPING MACHINE
This is a very versatile and compact bench model cap tightening machine for most types of screw caps,even push-on lids.
- Will handle caps from 10mm to 100mm
- Fully adjustable for container size, torque and speed
- Fully pneumatic and flameproof
- Simple to operate
- Capper is activated by the operator placing a container in the bottle locator
- A range of chucks is available to suit most caps and a trigger pack head can also be fitted
- The unit may be automated later if required
The AC-1 uses SMC pneumatics and Desoutter Air Motor. Conveyors and automatic cappers available to go with the AMF if required.
